- Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option, with estimated delivery times ranging from 5 to 7 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options with delivery times of 2 to 3 business days within the United States.
- International Shipping: We also ship to select international locations. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. At checkout, the shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. You can choose from different shipping methods, each with varying rates. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check for any active deals at checkout.

- PO Box and APO/FPO: We can ship to PO Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses, though delivery times may vary depending on the location.

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If your package is lost, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and work to provide a replacement or refund.
