- Condition of Products: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase to initiate a return. This helps us process your request more quickly and accurately.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety concerns, including:
- Opened Beauty Products: Once beauty products such as skincare, makeup, and cosmetics have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.
- Discounted or Sale Items: Products purchased during promotions or sales may be subject to specific return restrictions, as outlined at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: After we review your return request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned package.
- Shipping the Return: Securely package the items and ship them back to us at the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If items are returned in used or opened condition, or if there are missing parts, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the products.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply, particularly for large or bulky items.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
7. International Returns
If you are located outside the United States, you may still return items, but you are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your products.
